We present our new program for the last three months of the year, a special proposal to celebrate our first anniversary since the opening of the Interpretation Center and the 250th anniversary of the historic Xuvia Mill.
To celebrate these dates, we have organized a series of activities designed for everyone. On the last weekend of October, “Muíño encantado” will take place, our family Halloween celebration with an interactive game that will take us through the CIMIX rooms to discover the mill’s most mysterious stories.
In November, on Saturday the 22nd, “Ecos do muíño” will be held, a community gathering at the base of the millstones where we will share with the attending public memories, experiences, and knowledge about the mill’s final stage of operation.
Then, on Tuesday, December 23rd, we will be able to enjoy “Notas no salón”, a chamber music concert in the former living room of the mill, recreating for a day the atmosphere of an 18th-century Christmas.
In addition to these activities, the program includes two new family workshops to explore in depth the trade routes of Juan Lestache, the mill’s founder, who supplied flour to the entire region in the 18th century. The escape room “Fariña en marcha” will also remain available, a fun and interactive experience to immerse ourselves in the history of the mill.
You can already reserve a spot for any of these activities through the booking platform on this website.
