Local Bus: The ALSA Line A Porto-Puntal service runs along the Estrada de Castela to Neda, departing from Ferrol harbour. The nearest stops for visiting CIMIX, in both directions, are at Santa Rita de Xuvia.
Other bus routes: Buses from A Coruña (Monbus XG871) stop at the bridge stops in Neda, just after crossing the bridge. Some of these services also call at Fene, Pontedeume, Cabanas, Ares, Mugardos, Miño, and Betanzos.
Train services: Xuvia station has train services to and from Ferrol, San Sadurniño and Ortigueira.
