Terms and Conditions
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable group visit, please take note of the following booking conditions:
Advance Booking
- Group bookings must be made in advance of your visit date.
- Group bookings are not accepted at the ticket desk on the day.
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
- Unconfirmed bookings may be cancelled automatically.
Arrival Time
- Groups arriving outside their allocated time slot may lose their guided tour service.
- In some instances, entry to the centre may be denied.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund or free booking amendment is offered if cancellation is notified at least 24 hours prior to your visit.
- Failure to attend or cancellations outside this timeframe will incur the full booking charge.
