This August, we’re once again opening the doors of the Xuvia Mill at an unusual time for a new edition of Night at the Mill.
Through this guided night tour, we invite you to step back into a summer night in the 18th century and discover how one of the most important industrial complexes of Enlightenment Galicia once operated.
Throughout the tour, you’ll learn about the history of the former Lestache Royal Flour Mill, its machinery and the role it played in the industrial development of the region. The lighting, the sound of the flowing water and the unique nighttime atmosphere will help recreate the setting in which the mill operated more than two centuries ago, offering a different way to experience this remarkable piece of industrial heritage.
The tours will take place every Saturday in August at 11:00 p.m., will last approximately one hour and are open to the general public. Places are limited.
