This Easter, CIMIX offers an active cultural program for all audiences. From Thursday, April 2nd to Sunday, April 5th, the center is extending its opening hours to include both morning and afternoon sessions (from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM), so you can explore the facilities of our historic Royal Flour Factory.
Our main highlight this season is the family activity Ollo ao ovo!, an Easter egg hunt throughout our facilities. During the hunt, children can explore every corner of the mill in a game that encourages creativity and the discovery of this historic space.
Alongside this premiere, we are bringing back María conta, an audio-guided tour designed for an immersive visiting experience. Through a story narrated by a woman from the 18th century, we will accompany you as you walk through the mill and learn about the history and inner workings of the factory from an intimate and reflective perspective.
These seasonal proposals live alongside our permanent offerings, which include our well-known workshops, the Fariña en marcha! Escape Room challenge, and the guided tours where we will help you discover the mechanics of this gem of Galician industrial heritage.
